I wish that all the world leaders and those at the useless United Nations who are constantly condemning Israel for defending themselves would be forced to watch the 47-minute screening of the Hamas terrorist massacre in Israel, which was shown here in Toronto to members of the press and in Los Angeles by actress Gal Gadot and film director Guy Nattiv to members of the film industry and other influential figures. Perhaps it might open their eyes to the real evil Israel faces every day of their existence from these monsters. But somehow, sadly, I doubt it would ever sink in or matter to some of these so-called intelligent leaders of men.
(They should be the first to be made to watch. But it begs the question: Why do they keep condemning Israel? The UN long ago was a joke)

THEY WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE
The Oct. 7 Hamas raid on Israel was a tragic occurrence on humanity, which the free world on a whole should recognize. The aftermath of this tragedy has been many incidents of worldwide hate protests and marches, and seemingly, academics saying Hamas was only replying to the “genocide” that Palestinians have had to put up with from Israel. Since the end of the Second World War, there has been a series of military conflicts between Israel and the surrounding Palestine factions. On a whole, the majority of Palestinians and Israelis want to live in peace, but like every other war, it is dominated by religious militants. Is there a remedy to this situation? Time will tell, but my understanding is that sensationalism in the media will only incite the perpetrators on all sides.

MEDIA BIAS
The pro-Israel slant on full display by your newspaper — as well as your competitors — on a daily basis is transparent, shameful and dangerous. Being anti-Israel is not the same as being anti-Semitic. The media has always used kid gloves when reporting on Israel — these days it borders on propaganda. Responsible journalism is essential to any free society. It scares me that it clearly no longer exists.
