Blue Jays bring heat and sweets with new Rogers Centre food menus for 2025

New menu highlights include Korean fried chicken wings, crunchy pickle hot dogs and Plakata skewers.

It’s a lineup reveal that is almost as hotly anticipated as the one that the Blue Jays will put out onto the field next week.

The team announced its menu of mouth-watering goodies for fans to chow down on this coming season, with plenty of past favourites and new additions.

According to a press release from the team this season’s menus at Rogers Centre will feature “local and international flavours custom to Toronto’s diverse food scene,” with some highlights including Korean fried chicken wings, crunchy pickle hot dogs, Plakata skewers and more.

“Rogers Centre chefs have been busy cooking up new and delicious offerings,” the statement said, adding that there is a “focus on local products and an array of unique flavours curated to Toronto’s diverse food scene.”

As anyone who has attended one of the team’s incredibly popular Loonie Dogs nights will tell you, baseball fans are more in love with hot dogs than ever. This season, Rogers Centre is adding two new specialty hot dogs to the menu: The mojo hot dog and crunchy pickle hot dog, which join the fan-favourite hot maple bacon hot dog at Schneider’s Porch and TD Park Social.

The mojo hot dog features mojo pork, cilantro crema and pineapple pico while the crunchy pickle dog includes pretzel pieces, ballpark mustard and shoestring pickles.

While Jays fans are sweating over this likely being Vladimir Guerrero Jr.’s last season with the team, a new menu item — the Plakata skewer — may leave you sweating as well. The Corona Rooftop Patio’s latest addition features chicken covered in sazon and ancho chipotle aioli with pico de gallo.

The Stop will feature new flavour profiles in Bao or Rice bowls, including crispy pork belly, lemongrass chicken, soy-marinated beef and smoked tempeh.

If you’re looking for a dessert after one of the Dome’s big bites, there is a new dessert on the menu in the form of Mini Pancakes, available in Oreo or Blueberry.

Concession stands also will offer a new array of fantastic food to their menus, including new Korean fried chicken wings, chicken gyozas and Smash Hit burgers

But the big mouth-watering addition is something that needs to be seen to be believed: Cotton Candy Fries.

Fry Days with McCain returns for a second season and will feature a specialty loaded fry recipe – with a new recipe each week to honour a different Toronto neighbourhood – and will be served in a reusable Blue Jays helmet at all Friday home games.

Rogers Centre will once again feature a wide variety of thirst-quenching drinks and cocktails – with plenty of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Finally, the team’s new Club 328 will offer a member-exclusive BBQ-inspired menu.

Located on field level, just steps from the action, you can get your fill of delicious smoked brisket, smoked Ontario chicken and smoked pork ribs in maple glaze, as well as some other ballpark favourites.

Regardless of how the Jays do on the field this season — which starts next Thursday against the Baltimore Orioles — fans undoubtedly will be heading home with a full stomach this season.
