Cole Caufield, Patrik Laine and more Habs celebrate Nick Suzuki's wedding on social media

Canadiens past and present celebrated captain Nick Suzuki marrying his longtime girlfriend Caitlin Fitzgerald on Saturday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal after the pair tied the knot in June.

Some of them, including Cole Caufield, Patrik Laine, Lane Hutson and Carey Price, also marked the occasion on social media.

Caufield had a bit of fun with Suzuki and Fitzgerald’s earnest wedding post on Instagram. Under the newlyweds’ caption of “just the two of us, forever” along with the official date in June where they got married in Turks & Caicos, Caufield responded “thanks for the invite” along with “travel day.”

Caufield also brought his favourite coffee mug to the wedding, according to an IG story from Chris Wideman’s partner Caroline.

Laine also got married this summer to his partner Jordan Leigh, and it was the latter who posted on her Instagram page a train of wedding attendees, including Laine, cutting a rug on the dance floor.

Laine’s dancing skills received the most attention from commenters. TSN’s Bardown IG page captioned the video with “Looks like Patrik Laine had himself a time at Nick Suzuki’s wedding.”

X account Habs on Reddit also grabbed this photo of Laine partying from Leigh.

Price keeps a low profile on social media, but his wife, Angela, posted an Instagram picture of their wedding outfits with the caption: “This month’s date night sponsored by the Suzuki’s.”
