Muncy didn’t look thrilled that Peete made the play in the Tokyo Dome in front of the third baseman.

The Dodgers won the game anyway against the Chicago Cubs.

Actress Holly Robinson-Peete said her husband was just protecting her. She wrote on Instagram the ball was coming right for her head.

“What had happened wassss those foul balls were coming at us left and right in that section,” Robinson Peete said in the post.

“Head on a swivel That’s why they gave us helmets and gloves just in case!! That thing was coming straight for my head!!! My former QB (thrice mlb drafted 3rd baseman) might be retired but what he’s not gonna do is let me get hit Sorry Max! o’o’ The CYE music took me OUT o’ox#o’ #tokyoseries #DodgersWin”
