And, since the 72-year-old NFL icon has requested that his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, be copied on all emails sent to him, that makes her correspondence fair game, too.

After Belichick’s first few months on the job, some juicy details from his and Hudson’s emails have now been revealed – including her supposed job title, concerns about Belichick being called a predator and about nepotism involving his sons, who also have been hired as coaches at UNC.

According to a report by The Athletic, Hudson’s email signature says that she is “chief operating officer of Belichick Productions” with a logo for the supposed company underneath.

Whether or not Belichick Productions is an actual company remains to be seen, though. According to the report, there are no registered business records associated with it.

The emails also showed that Belichick expressed concern about being called a “predator” on the school’s website.

“Is there anyone monitoring the UNC Football page for slanderous commentary and subsequently deleting it / blocking users that are harassing BB in the comments?” Hudson wrote in a Feb. 13 email, per The Athletic.

“I cannot believe that UNC would support my being called a ‘predator,’” Belichick replied the following day.

The outlet also reported that the school did not find any references to Belichick being called a predator, but that did say it “hid or erased a comment about their personal life and would continue to block, ban or hide similar remarks.”

The emails also revealed that Hudson was worried that the school’s hiring of Bill’s son, Stephen Belichick, as defensive coordinator would be perceived as nepotism – though Bill’s other son, Brian, was not mentioned.

Stephen worked under Bill with the Patriots for 12 years, holding four different roles on the defensive coaching staff, before leaving in 2023 at the same time that Bill was let go from the NFL club. He joined the University of Washington as the team’s defensive coordinator for the 2024 season before reuniting with his dad at UNC.

According to reports, Hudson wanted UNC to stay away from anything that could be interpreted as nepotism when it comes to Stephen’s hiring, including asking the school to avoid using photos of the duo together and avoid calling him “Bill’s son.”

“It can be easily misinterpreted that Steve is simply benefiting from nepotism but that is not the case,” Hudson wrote in an email late last year. “Steve was fortunate to have learned defensive football strategy from the ‘greatest defensive mind’ of all-time. He has earned his position due to his performance and output.”

She continued that the school need to be “strategic” about the situation.

“I believe being strategic about the depiction of the Steve (sic) will prevent controversy and show upmost (sic) respect towards Steve’s career, validate Bill’s decision as a HC to hire Steve.”

Brian – who was not mentioned in any of the emails – joined UNC as a defensive backs and safeties coach after having spent nine years with the Patriots, including this past season, after his father and Stephen had left the team.
