The 72-year-old NFL coaching icon and his 24-year-old girlfriend have tongues wagging in New Orleans after she appeared to be rocking a sizable rock on her ring finger.

The couple have been spotted around the Big Easy this week in the lead-up to this Sunday’s Super Bowl, dropping hints that wedding bells could be in their future.
At a charity event on Wednesday night, Hudson was seen flaunting a stunning sparkler on her left ring finger, the Daily Mail reports.
Belichick and Hudson put on a loved-up show for those at the dinner, with the former cheerleader chatting animatedly to the coach and touching his arm at Desi’s Vegas Steakhouse, according to the outlet.
The event, which was organized by Hudson, was to benefit those affected by the New Year’s Day terror attack on Bourbon Street.
On Thursday night, the couple then hit the red carpet at the NFL Honors award show – and their rings were the talk of social media.
Belichick was seen sporting several of his Super Bowl rings on the red carpet while Hudson rocked her own bling.
While many initially thought that the six-time Super Bowl winner had loaned one of his prized baubles to his beau, she later posted on her Instagram Story that the ring on her left middle finger in fact was for BSU Cheerleading, with which she won an NCAA championship in 2021.
However, she was noted to be wearing the same sparkler next to her championship charm.
Hudson also posted a lovely tribute to Belichick on her Instagram account earlier this week, showing a bouquet of roses with the caption “Behind his stern façade,” with a heart emoji followed by several rose emojis.
The couple have been dating for more than three years now, with Hudson posting in January that it was their third New Year’s Eve spent together. Initially they were thought to have only begun dating in 2024, when they become “public knowledge.”
With the massive age-gap between them — a whopping 42 years — Belichick and Hudson have been on the butt-end of many jokes.
During the NFL Honors show, host Snoop Dogg took a shot at the happy couple.
“I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time. I mean, I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember back when the Chiefs was bad. And I remember, what was it … Bill Belichick’s girlfriend wasn’t even born yet,” Snoop Dogg joked.
