“I was taken in by the Las Vegas fire department last week against my will,” Jones posted in three handwritten notes on Twitter with the caption, “First day out but I’m still aligned.”
“I was injected with I don’t know what,” he said, adding that “a group of five to seven” people showed up at his residence with the shot and he was then taken to Southern Hills hospital with “no cellphone or no communication.”
Jones said that he was transferred to Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital, where staff allegedly “tried to force” him to take further “meds and injections.”

He further described the conditions of the facility as “NOT a place for high-profile athletes,” and said he “was not offered a bed” during his first night there.
Jones, whose brother is UFC champion Jon Jones, said his family had to bring him “decent meals to eat and clothes,” while his father would visit to read him “bible verses.”
He has been away from the Raiders since the final practice of training camp on Aug. 31 and was inactive for the team’s first two games before being put on the non-football illness list.
Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels said it was “a personal situation and a private matter” when Jones was ruled out.
After leaving the team, Jones took to social media saying that he no longer wanted to be part of the organization and that owner Mark Davis wasn’t being honest about the player’s absence, saying, “I wish Mark Davis told the (people) why I really can’t play.”
While Monday was reportedly Jones’ first day out of hospital, there is no telling if/when he will resume his playing career. He did also write that he worked out there every day, “even down the hallway at 3 a.m.”
