The offensive lineman filed for divorce from wife Kaitlyn Terrell on Feb. 28 — 16 days after his DUI arrest in the same county, according to court papers in Baldwin County, Ga.

In the documents, there were no further details about his cheating accusations against her and Cleveland’s DUI arrest also was not mentioned.

Cleveland, who played for Georgia during his college football career, listed in the docs the date of separation on or about Dec. 29, 2024, and stated that the couple were married on July 21, 2022.

The couple had been seen together after the Ravens game on Christmas Day against the Texans, with Kaitlyn posting a photo of them together on the sidelines following a 31-2 win in Houston.

As of Tuesday morning, Cleveland and Terrell – who also attended Georgia — had yet to publicly address the situation.

Cleveland was arrested Feb. 12 during a traffic stop in Georgia with a .178 blood alcohol concentration, TMZ previously had reported.

In a police report, he claimed to have drank “approximately 3-4 beers” before driving.

He was issued a citation for failure to maintain lane, in addition to his DUI.

Cleveland, a 6-foot-7, 315-pound offensive lineman, is a free agent this offseason after having spent his first four NFL seasons with the Ravens.

He was a third-round pick by Baltimore in the 2021 draft and played in 54 games with the reigning AFC North champions, making seven starts.

This past season, he appeared in 17 games, but didn’t make a start.
