According to The Kansas City Star, Jackson allegedly shoved a 19-year-old male waiter multiple times and forcibly kissed the 40-year-old female owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge.
In an interview with the Star, restaurant owner Aspen Vaughn said Jackson “kissed me out of nowhere” twice, noting he was drunk that night and that his advances weren’t wanted.
“…and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying, ‘what are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive,” she told the newspaper.

The unnamed waiter told The Kansas City Star Jackson was in the employee area of the establishment and as he tried to get into the office, the younger Mahomes pushed him out, telling the worker to “get out.”
The waiter claimed Jackson smelled of marijuana after Jackson and the group he was with entered the restaurant’s VIP area. The server said he told Jackson that restaurant patrons would be able to smell it.
Jackson’s lawyer, Brandan Davies, denied the allegations, noting his client “has done nothing wrong” and that an investigation revealed “substantial evidence refuting the claims” made by the restaurant staff.
It’s not the first time Jackson has garnered negative attention for his antics. He previously sparked outrage after pouring water on Baltimore Ravens fans during a 2021 game against the Chiefs, as well as being filmed dancing on a memorial for late Washington Commanders safety Sean Taylor.
