WARNING: Explicit sexual details

Among the messages in the statement, the woman – who was only identified as Jane Doe in the court filing – allegedly told Sharpe that she wanted him to “put a dog collar around my neck” and “tie me up and do bad things to me,” while also asking for money to come and visit him.

Sharpe’s attorney, Lanny J. Davis, said in a statement that the messages “clearly indicate the nature of their relationship was consensual and sexual in nature — and, in many cases, initiated by her with specific and graphic requests.”

The civil lawsuit, which was filed in a Nevada state court on Sunday and obtained by the New York Post, alleges the former Denver Broncos tight end committed assault, sexual assault, battery, sexual battery and engaged in the intentional infliction of emotional distress with a woman more than thirty years younger than him.

The plaintiff alleges Sharpe brutally sexually assaulted her several times at the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025 after a “rocky consensual relationship” that had lasted nearly two years.

The outlet reports that Jane Doe accuses Sharpe of threatening to kill her multiple times, being “manipulating and controlling” and “repeatedly threatening to brutally choke and violently slap her.”

“One time specifically, he was yelling at her while there a was a firearm visible in his room,” the complaint states. “Terrified for her safety, Plaintiff tried sharing her location with friends from her iPhone — just in case. But Sharpe saw her doing this. The moment he realized what she was doing, he grabbed her by the neck and told her ‘If you ever do that again, I will f***ing kill you.’”

Sharpe “categorically denies” all of the allegations and is prepared for a legal battle, with his lawyer pointing to the alleged texts between the two parties as proof his client did nothing wrong.

Davis said Sharpe and the accuser had consensual sex until Jan. 2, 2025, which was the day after she allegedly asked for “$25,000 per cheek,” in a message.

Among the 44 pages of alleged texts that Sharpe’s legal team released, one exchange included Doe allegedly texting Sharpe a photo of a women tied up in a compromising position and the message “Tie me up like this & f–k me,” with Sharpe replying “IF* I knew how to I would.”

She then allegedly wrote back, “It’s ok I have handcuffs … we can stick to those for now.”

In another alleged exchange between the couple in early 2024, the accuser allegedly wrote “mmm that just got my p**** wet. tie me up and do bad things to me,” to which Sharpe replied: “Cuff up.”

“hmmm u still have my handcuffs. I want like some hardcore bdsm action tho,” Jane Doe allegedly wrote, adding “feeling kinda freaky lately.”

On different later occasions, Doe allegedly texted Sharpe “I wanna be abused daddy” and “i want you to put a dog collar around my neck and choke me with it while ur f***ing me.”

The complaint states that Jane Doe is not the woman that Sharpe accidentally shared explicit audio of on an Instagram livestream in September 2024, but that incident led to the plaintiff beginning to end the relationship with the ESPN star because he “cheated” when she thought they were in an exclusive relationship.

According to the filing, the plaintiff and Sharpe, now 56, first met at a Los Angeles gym in early 2023 when she was 20 years old.

The New York Post reached out to Jane Doe’s lawyer regarding the statement from Sharpe’s team but reportedly have yet to respond.
