‘TRYING TO STAY YOUNG’: Bill Belichick jokes about infamous yoga shots with Jordon Hudson

Bill Belichick, under the apparent direction of his young girlfriend Jordon Hudson, has been loath to discuss anything about his personal life and their relationship.
But the former New England Patriots coach, 73, answered one question about a recent date of theirs.
In March, Hudson posted photos and a video on Instagram of the two doing some beach yoga, with Belichick lying on his back on a towel while he hoisted the 24-year-old up and balanced her on his legs.
In Friday’s episode of the Pivot podcast, former NFL stars-turned-hosts Ryan Clark, Fred Taylor and Channing Crowder initially tried to brush off questions about his girlfriend, joking that he joined he ex-cheerleader for the beach workout because he is “trying to stay young.”

Belichick noted how Hudson was instrumental in his new book, The Art of Winning, calling her his “creative muse” and an “idea mill.”
He also clarified their working relationship amid criticism that Hudson has been more of a distraction to the UNC coach, after there were reports that she was banned from practices.
The speculation came following Belichick’s recent interview with CBS, in which Hudson repeatedly intervened when things got too personal.
However, Belichick insisted she is the opposite of a distraction.

“What she does helps me spend more time on football, and that’s what’s important to me,” he revealed.
Belichick confirmed that she doesn’t help directly with his North Carolina coaching job but rather with “personal opportunities.”
He explained: “[It] could be a speaking thing, you know, an appearance on this or talk about that or somebody wants an autograph, or that type of thing, and so she’ll kind of help organize that for me.”
The podcast appearance came after Belichick pointedly avoided Michael Strahan’s line of questioning on Good Morning America.
“What does Jordon mean to you?” Strahan asked.
Belichick replied: “Well, we have good personal relationship … You know, I’m not talking about personal relationships, Michael. You know that.”
Strahan laughed off the rejection, saying, “I know that, coach!”
The host was relentless, though, and asked “Are you happy? You look happy. Only happy people do yoga.”
