An account named @DaddyZaslav has been suspended after correctly predicting Aaron Rodgers’ injury prior to the game between the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills.
The account posted at 6:01 p.m. on Monday: “Aaron Rodgers is going to tear his Achilles on a rain drenched MetLife turf in 2.5 hours.”
A tweet eerily predicted Aaron Rodgers’ injury.Twitter
With the game kicking off at roughly 8:20 p.m. and Rodgers going down minutes into the game with what was later revealed to be a torn Achilles, the prediction was remarkably accurate.
The account, which appears to be spoofing Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav, was later suspended by the social media giant, which did not provide a reason for the banning.
However, it turns out that the account took a turn after the injury occurred.
An apparent Jets fan, @DaddyZaslav began firing profanity-laden replies to several users commenting on the injury.
