The Senators winger, who had two goals in Saturday’s 4-1 win against the Flyers, has five points in his last five games. That’s good news for Ottawa, which was definitely missing his offence in the first month of the season. But it also bodes well for betters.

Heading into Monday’s game against the New York Islanders, DeBrincat was a -110 favourite to take four shots on net. That’s a lot of shots. But considering that DeBrincat had 17 shots in his past five games, including three against Philadelphia, it might be worth the wager.
Either way, it’s time to take advantage of a player who’s game is heating up.
