It looked more like a WrestleMania than your run-of-the-mill episode of Monday Night RAW as the WWE went all-out in their first venture on the streaming juggernaut.

To go along with numerous celebrities in attendance, WWE also brought in wrestling legends like The Rock, Hulk Hogan, and The Undertaker to help usher in the new era.

However, it wasn’t all pomp and circumstance as the card featured four premium live event-calibre matches with Roman Reigns defeating Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat Match, Jey Uso going over Drew McIntyre, Rhea Ripley capturing the Women’s World Championship against Liv Morgan and CM Punk coming away with a win over longtime rival Seth Rollins.

Meanwhile, 16-time WWE Champion, John Cena, beginning his farewell tour with WWE, addressed to crowd by announcing that he will enter the Royal Rumble which is set for February 1st at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

By showing a handful of their best tricks on night one, it could be a challenge for WWE Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque to keep WWE RAW as must-see television every Monday.
