Paige Spiranac no longer cares what people think of her sexy outfits and provocative social media posts.
The golfer opened up to follow social media stars the Cavinder twins — college basketball stars Haley and Hanna Cavinder — about the online hate she receives and how she now knows she can’t please everyone.

She revealed that with her gymnastics background, she “always dressed a certain way,” explaining why she always felt most “comfortable in form-fitting clothes,” during an appearance on the Cavinders’ Twin Talk podcast on Wednesday.
“I wanted to be taken seriously as a professional golfer and no matter what I did, no matter what I posted, I would get hate,” Spiranac said.
“There was one time where I wore a full turtleneck [and] leggings,” she recalled. “I was completely covered from head to toe, and people were upset with my outfit.”
She explained: “When that happened, I just said, ‘OK, well, I’m just going to do what I want to do, and I’m going wear what I want to wear and if people like it, great and if they dislike it, OK, great.’”

The blonde bombshells bonded over the negative attention that comes with social media popularity.
“Yes, I can wear this and I can also be successful and be a bada** at golf,” Spiranac told the twins. “I can be all these things and it does not matter if I have boobs.”
She continued: “There’s nothing I can do about [them] so I might as well… I like them, so I might as well show them off. It makes me feel good.”
Spiranac added: “I can wear what I want. We need to grow and have an open mind on how a businesswoman or entrepreneur can look. You don’t have to look a certain way.”
Golf’s top influencer added that she tries not to take the backlash personally because people don’t know her.
“I’m going to love myself and be confident in what I wear and what I do,” she said. “The people who are upset by that, they don’t love themselves.”
Spiranac added: “Telling young girls they have to cover up is such a negative message. It’s showing them that there’s something wrong with their bodies.”
Meanwhile, Paige insists her message has always been “do what you want.”
She said, “I’m not preaching that they need to follow in my footsteps, I just say, ‘This is how I feel confident, let me be.’
“If that’s how you feel confident, I will let you be. I think that’s how everyone needs to go about it.’
