As the use of AI continues to expand, the folks at ZipHealth wanted to learn how much trust people put into it for their most personal concerns.

The online pharmacy surveyed 1,000 people (54% male, 44% female and 2% non-binary with 40 being the average age of respondents) and got some surprising insight into how AI plays a role in relationships, whether it’s about diagnosing sexual health issues to replacing human companionship.

And while about 10% of respondents said they have used ChatGPT for diagnosing or managing a health condition like erectile dysfunction, about 60% of respondents said they would trust an AI tool over a doctor to diagnose ED.

While we are on the topic of sex health, about 10% of respondents revealed they would trust AI more than their partner’s opinion about their sexual performance or health.
