Three teenage boys are accused of two violent street robberies that occurred in Midtown Toronto late last year.
Toronto Police say the two victims were in the Yonge St.-Eglinton Ave. area when they were assaulted and robbed on Nov. 8, 2024.
“It is alleged that one victim while walking was approached by several males and assaulted,” Const. Laurie McCann said in a statement released Wednesday, adding the assailants “took the victim’s jacket.”
She said the second victim was walking in the area when they were “violently assaulted,” allegedly by the same assailants.
Both victims suffered injuries in the attacks, McCann said, adding the attackers fled the area on foot.
