5 charged after drugs, weapon seized during busts in Toronto, Mississauga
Investigators discover cocaine, carfentanil, fentanyl, crystal meth during seizures across GTA

Five suspects are in custody as part of a Toronto drug-trafficking investigation.
On Thursday, the Toronto drug squad and emergency task force members executed a pair of search warrants in the city’s west end, near Jane St. and Weston Rd., as well as at storage facilities within the city and in Mississauga.
During the searches, investigators found nearly 6 kg of cocaine, nearly 3 kg of carfentanil, over 1 kg of fentanyl and 280 g of crystal methamphetamine.
Officers also uncovered a loaded semi-automatic handgun with a 50-round drum magazine and over 600 rounds of ammunition.
Onyejebechi Ifesimeshone, 28, of Toronto, faces numerous drug, firearm and conspiracy charges.
Also facing drug-trafficking charges are Jeannette Mesarosh, 54, Christopher Wan, 66, Raymond Carvery, 56, and Janet McGlone, 34, all of Toronto.
