An eight-month-old baby boy has been found in “good health” after an Amber Alert was issued by Peel Regional Police on Thursday.
Peel police said on social media that the boy was found after allegedly being abandoned by the suspect and the alert was cancelled at about 6:40 p.m. Emergency alerts had been sent to phones across the province about an hour earlier after he went missing in Brampton.
