Police are on the hunt for a pair of suspects after an overnight stabbing in North York.

Toronto Police said officers responded to a stabbing in the Arrow Rd.-Pemican Crt. area, near Finch Ave. W. and Hwy. 400, Sunday at about 3 a.m. after receiving reports of three men fighting.

Police said a man in his 40s was hospitalized with a serious wound.

Cops said they are seeking two men in their 30s. One man, who was wearing a black hoodie at the time, is brown and 5-foot-8, while the other man, who was wearing all-black clothing, is Black and 6-foot.

1 HURT IN SCARBOROUGH SHOOTING

A man in his 30s was hospitalized Sunday after a shooting near the Toronto Zoo.

Toronto Police said they received reports of man being shot in the Old Finch Ave.-Harvest Moon Dr. area of Scarborough Sunday just before 4 a.m.

They said they found a man in his 30s, who was transported to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

No other details were available and the investigation is ongoing.

PEDESTRIAN KILLED IN SUSPECTED HIT-AND-RUN

The OPP are asking the public for help after a pedestrian was found dead south of Alliston in a suspected hit and run.

The Nottawasaga detachment said officers responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on 13th Line, near Adjala Tecumseth Townline, Sunday morning at about 1:30 a.m.

Police said a 23-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

They urged the driver to contact police as they may not have realized that a person was on the roadway at the time.

Anyone who was in the area at the time of the collision or who may have video footage is also asked to contact the Nottawasaga OPP at 1-888-310-1122 and reference E251145368. Anonymous tips can also be sent to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or ontariocrimestoppers.ca.
