Toronto Police said officers responded to a call for a sexual assault on June 27 at approximately 7:10 p.m. in the Queens Quay and Dan Leckie Way area.
It was reported that a man approached the victim in the Toronto Music Garden and asked her to take his picture. The man then told the victim he was a palm reader and could tell her fortune.
Cops allege the man then led the victim to an isolated area and sexually assaulted her.
Then on July 31 at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for another sexual assault in the Lake Shore Blvd. W. and Fort York Blvd. area.
It was reported that a man approached the victim in Coronation Park and asked her to take his picture. The man then told the victim he was a palm reader and could tell her fortune.

Cops allege the man then led the victim to an isolated area and sexually assaulted her.
Investigators believe the same man is responsible for both sexual assaults.
The man is described as approximately 40 years old, 5-foot-9 with a medium build and short black hair. Investigators believe the suspect is of Middle Eastern descent.
