Toronto Police have charged an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy with first-degree murder in last month’s shooting deaths of two men in Riverdale.
They’re the latest to be charged since officers found the two murder victims, Quentin Caza, 18, and Jeremy McNeil, 20, both of Toronto, at Logan and Bain Aves. — south of Danforth Ave. — on April 15 at 11:15 p.m.
One man died at the scene and the second was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
“We know this incident has caused great sadness and concern in the Riverdale community,” said Toronto Police Det. Paul Shanly. “Two young lives have been lost to violence and many lives have been changed forever.”

Abdulrahman Zein, 18, of Toronto, and a 17-year-old male, who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, have each been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
Both suspects were arrested on Monday in Barrie by Toronto homicide investigators, with support from Barrie Police and York Regional Police.
On May 3, a 17-year-old male from Toronto was also charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
