The masked exhibitionist is believed to have spent years tormenting visitors near Gymes Castle, a popular hiking destination in the country, local outlet TV JOJ reported.
Two female hikers had a startling encounter with the man on Monday but revealed his intentions were less nefarious than his appearance made him seem.
Initially, the man appeared to be leaving the area but when he spotted the women, he began following them. Instead of fleeing, the scared women asked him if they could take his photo.
“He had a balaclava, a stick, and a (sex toy) stuck to the stick,” one of the women told the outlet.
“No one would have believed that we could meet something like that in the forest, but he allowed us to take a picture of him without any problems.”

It turned out, the women actually surprised him on the path as he assumed the castle wouldn’t get visitors that day.
They explained that while the sight of the man terrified them, “he told us he was sorry, that he didn’t want to scare us.”
They added that “he asked us for directions because he thought that since it was Monday, he wouldn’t meet anyone.”
One of the hikers added: “It was lucky that there were two of us. I can’t imagine what I would have done if I had been alone.”
The man, however, clarified that his nude outing was more about himself than anyone else.

“He said this was relaxation for him, that he often walks naked in the woods like this,” one of the hikers said.
Despite his reason behind his nude strolls, local police are investigating.
