The 27-year-old hormone-charged copper was kicked to the curb by the La Vergne Police Department in January after her carnal capers with six other cops were discovered.
Hall, however, fired back in her own federal lawsuit, claiming she was groomed and abused by high-ranking police brass, including Chief Burrel ‘Chip’ Davis and Sgt. Lewis Powell.

Now, Powell, 42, has returned fire at Hall, claiming in a countersuit she constantly flirted and turned up the heat on her married boss to engage in carnal capers.
According to the court filing: “Initially, she began by talking about sex. She complained to Powell that her own marital sex life was unsatisfying.

“After Powell responded with an idea or two about how she might spice things up with her husband, Hall asked if Powell could demonstrate. That way, she said that she would know how to please her husband.”

When the story exploded in the media, lurid tales of threesomes, wife swapping, hot tub parties and strip Uno emerged.
That resulted in Hall, Powell and three other cops losing their jobs. This was after Davis lectured Hall about her amorous antics.
Not long after, the chief was axed because he allegedly knew about his cops’ wild affairs. He also allegedly asked a sergeant for videos of Hall masturbating.
In her lawsuit, Hall claimed the small police department was packed with predators and that she was coerced into sex while she was on duty.

Not so, Powell said in his filing. Instead, it was Hall who pestered him for sex, using raunchy texts as a come-on. He added that his own marital woes lead to his resolve weakening. She began performing oral sex on the sergeant regularly.
“Consequently, in approximately May 2022, Powell began trying to break things off amicably with Hall, saying that he loved his wife,” his filing claims.
“Nonetheless, Hall persisted in trying to entrap him back into a relationship. Hall [who is white] appeared to have some sort of fetish for Powell (who is Black) based on his race.
“On multiple occasions, while at work, she told him to put his ‘big Black d***’ in her mouth and ‘g**’ her with it. When Powell held firm, saying that he wanted to be with his own wife instead, Hall said that he must be a homosexual.”
Instead, Hall began having sex with “multiple other officers,” Powell said.
