The delivery man said he managed to escape by pushing Toney, fled the scene and immediately contacted the Johnstown Police Department.
Cops arrived at the apartment of the accused, who allegedly smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech, the outlet reported.
It’s unknown if Toney, who goes by the name “Pooker,” actually ordered a beverage or if he just expected one to come with his pizza.
Toney faces one count of false imprisonment.
