Amber FayeFox Kim (born Bryan Kim), 35, was reportedly caught doing the dirty deed with Sincer-A Marie Nerton, 25, at the Washington Corrections Center for Women in March, the National Review reported.
Kim, who identifies as a woman, was moved back to the Monroe Correctional Facility for men due to “ongoing safety concerns,” a Department of Corrections official told the publication.
On March 14, a corrections officer reportedly found Kim and Nerton “actively having sex” on the floor. Both inmates weren’t wearing pants.
The National Review reported consensual sex between two inmates while on prison grounds is a no-no, a Washington Department of Corrections official said.

The sexual incident will result in a hearing into the infraction.
In 2008, Kim was convicted of two counts of aggravated first-degree murder in the stabbing death of his father, Richard Kim, and the bludgeoning and strangling of his mother, Terri Kim, the Spokesman-Review reported. Kim was sentenced to life in prison.
Kim initially served his sentence at Monroe Correctional Facility, but was later transferred to Washington Corrections Center for Women in February 2021 due to the Department of Correction’s gender-inclusion policy, which allows male convicts to be admitted upon acceptance of their gender dysphoria diagnosis by an admin panel, per Daily Mail.
The National Review reported there were multiple incidents of sexual exploitation by males identifying as female inmates towards other women inmates after Kim’s transfer to the facility.
