The Jays have announced this year’s slate of festivities taking place at the Rogers Centre, with some fan favourites making their returns and old staples like Loonie Dog Nights sure to once again be a big hit.
In 2025, Blue Jays fans with have their sights set on last year’s record of 727,819 Loonie Dogs purchased, with the discounted dogs available at almost every Tuesday home game (Canada Day against the Yankees being the exception).
The team will rock its City Connect uniform every Friday night at home, while Jr. Jays Sundays also return as a mainstay.
Making its return on July 23 will be Salsa Night. This encourages fans to slip on their dancing shoes and join the fun with salsa-inspired food, activities and live performances. Be sure to strut up to the stadium early so you don’t miss out on a Dancing Vladmir Guerrero Jr. bobblehead giveaway.
With the new Minecraft movie hitting theatres, the team also will host a Minecraft Day on May 3, complete with a hat giveaway and a chance to see the stadium “transformed into a Minecraft world.”
On May 17, Rogers Centre will be transformed into a life-sized Barbie dreamland for fans of the classic toy, hit movie or those just looking for a fun time. Best of all, the team is giving away pink Barbie-themed Hawaiian shirts before the game.
Every 3:07 p.m. start on Wednesdays or Thursdays will be “Work From Dome” games, in which the team encourages groups of co-workers to slip out of the office early to enjoy a break at the ballpark.
Pride Night will be on June 20 with activities starting before the game and running throughout the night, including performances and other entertainment.
Among other themed games are a Cricket Day at the Park and Peanuts Day, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the popular comic strip.
The Jays regular-season schedule wraps with Fan Appreciation Weekend — from Sept. 26-28 — against the Rays as the team pays tribute to its dedicated fans.

More than three-quarters of all home games are slated to either have a theme or promotion this season, the team said in a news release.
